You may be aware that cPanel was recently acquired by Oakley Partners, and subsequently cPanel announced a new pricing structure that will be effective September 1, 2019. Historically, cPanel has based its services and pricing around a license with unlimited cPanel Accounts.

This new structure defines the price of each license based on the number of Accounts hosted on the server, reflecting the value received by the owner; now, customers only pay for what they use.
